Wild Horses in new Equine Class

The Mustang Heritage Foundation (MHF) today announced that its annual Supreme Extreme Mustang Makeover competition will be reformatted and achieve new heights in 2013 with the Mustang Million. This ambitious event seeks to place 1,000 wild, untouched horses into adoptive homes and be eligible for the performance competition with a $1,000,000 cash and prize purse.

Ticket sales to benefit Helen Woodward’s Equine Program

Equustria Development Inc., the San Diego production company launching the world premiere of Valitar at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on November 16, 2012, is pleased to announce its partnership with Helen Woodward Animal Center. As part of the partnership, a portion of each ticket sold for Valitar will be donated to Helen Woodward’s Equine and Large Animal Hospital as well as their Therapeutic Riding Program.

The 2012 High Roller Reining Classic held at the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center in Las Vegas, Nevada September 9-15 had it all.  The 37 percent increase in entries over 2011 was confirmation that this event continues to live up to its reputation as one of the most popular destinations of the year. The depth of entries in each class resulted in some of the toughest competition in the country.
